The hotel offered excellent service and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were attractively designed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need, including a Nespresso machine and a safe deposit box. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options such as warm croissants, organic marmalade, and fresh fruit juice. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a tram stop right in front and easy access to the train station and European institutions. There were also plenty of shops, restaurants, and a mall nearby.

I loved the stylish design and comfortable rooms at Okko Hotels. The 24/7 club room with unlimited hot and soft drinks was a great perk. The breakfast had a great range of choices. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is close enough to the city center, with trams conveniently stopping just a few meters away. Supermarkets are also within a short distance, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The rooms are elegantly furnished and offer a spacious and clean environment. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay. The hotel also offers amenities like a well-functioning wifi and a club with a concept of serving quick quality coffee in the morning.
There were occasional issues with the reception not picking up the phone promptly, causing some inconvenience when requesting extra towels.

The room was small but well appointed and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the center and right next to a tram stop that provided easy access to every part of the city.

Modern design, excellent Alien's cocoon bathroom, nice and practical. Good breakfast and evening snack. The Club concept is relaxing. Friendly staff. Convenient location with tram nearby.

I had a really great time at this hotel. The tram stop is right in front of it, making it easy to get to the center within 15-20 minutes. The staff provided excellent service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and wake-up service. I loved the welcome drink and the in-room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a safe. The soundproofed rooms were amazing, and the free toiletries were a big plus.
I'd definitely recommend this hotel to families.
